SUB3 Management, Inc. has an immediate need to hire several talented Applications (Business) Consultants with strong enterprise software implementation experience for 6 month to one-year engagements: Opportunities exist domestically and internationally.
Description
The Applications / Business Consultant will team with the client (frequently interfacing with the client’s Project and/or Program Manager) and other members of the consulting team to define business requirements and implement software solutions at the customer site.
Most engagements entail a 40-hour workweek. Work can range from 50% to 90% onsite.
She / he will be proficient with the entire Primavera (P6) application to be implemented and then will be responsible for client communication, planning, requirements and process definition, defining and executing detailed configuration tasks.
Specific duties include of this client-facing position include:
- Facilitating Requirements Sessions
- Requirements Definition and Documentation
- Creation of logical and physical design configuration
- Reviewing technical standards
- Implementation Design & Build
- Testing
- Application roll out
- Training End Users
Compensation:

Requirements
All candidates for Consulting must have:
- Related degree
- 5+ years enterprise software implementation consulting experience
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational and presentation skills. Ability to make presentations to various levels within an organization.
- Experience with software implementation methodologies.
- Two client implementations with Primavera Enterprise Software (P6)
- Knowledge of CPM Scheduling
- Big 5 Consulting Experience
Highly desirable:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute
- Working Knowledge of SAP (Financial Module)
- Understanding of Project Management Institute’s project management lifecycle process
- Understanding of database concepts
- Subject Matter Expert in Marketing Vertical (ie. Architecture, Engineering and Construction, Capital Projects, Maintenance & Turnaround)
