FIT Evaluation

Our propriety methodology has proven to be successful at multiple clients around the world. We will review the current "as is" system from three perspectives (Functional, Integration, Technical). We then review the "future" state from those same three perspectives. The result would be a deliverable documenting the current state versus future state. As subject matter experts (SME) in Oracle Primavera Implementations, we would offer industry best practices to consider that would assist with your company to seamlessly transition to your desired future state.

Technical Evaluation

This service provides clients with a Technical Evaluation of their current and future Oracle Primavera infrastructure.
